About Features of metal siding

Metal siding is an exterior wall material that consists of a patterned metal plate and a backing material that has a heat insulating effect. Factory-produced on a consistent production line, the finish is uniform, no painting is required, it is lightweight, has excellent heat insulation, and is energy-saving. In addition, there is no need to worry about cracks and frost damage that occur with other exterior wall materials. By using metal siding for the outer wall, it is possible to significantly shorten the construction period.

One of the following four types of coated metal plates is used for the surface material.

・Painted galvalume steel plate (※)

・Hot-dip zinc-coated steel sheets

・Aluminum alloy coated plate

・Painted stainless steel plate

[Paint galvalume steel plate (※)]

Galvalume steel sheet(※) is an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel sheet that contains 55% aluminum. It is an excellent steel sheet that combines the durability of aluminum and the sacrificial anti-corrosion action of zinc, and is said to be several times more resistant to rust than conventional galvanized steel sheets.

[Hot-dip zinc-coated steel sheets]

Painted hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with a baking finish.

[Aluminum alloy coated plate]

It is a material that is easy to process and very resistant to rust. Above all, it's lightweight, so it's less burden on the building.

[Painted stainless steel plate]
A stainless steel plate with excellent corrosion resistance is used for the base plate for painting. It is a material that is very rust resistant, durable and easy to process.
